“Wake up Colin!” The alarm is ringing
Outside it’s sunny and the birds are all singing
But Colin doesn’t get up like a lark,
With eyes still shut, he thinks it’s dark!
It’s 7 O’clock so don’t turn over
You’ve got a train to catch to Dover

As one eye opens and then the other
Colin remembers and shouts to his brother
“Come on Arfa, it’s Saturday”
“We’re off to France for our holiday”
With a stretch and a yawn he gets out of bed
“Where’s my glasses?” He says rubbing his head.
